Reservations
Villa Allegra is rented as a whole, and not the rooms separately. In order to make your reservation, there is a calendar further below that shows when the Villa Allegra is available, and make sure to leave your contact details and the days that you are interesting in renting the villa for, on the form further below. We require a 50% payment of the full amount for the days that you will be staying in, on the day of your booking, and the rest can be given on the day of your arrival.
Rooms
The SUNRISE
Spacious enough for two, the Sunrise room has an iron style double size bed, 2 bedside tables, a beautiful antique Cretan handmade wardrobe, and vanity mirror table.
The Breeze
If you love waking up to a beautiful view of the sea, the Brieze is what you are looking for. More independent from the rest of the bedrooms as it has it own gorgeous ensuite bathroom. It has a modern double bed, bedside tables, a tv, a full wall wardrobe, and wide chest of drawers..
The ESPEranza
With a beautiful handmade antique Spanish bed, and a cozy loveseat, this bedrooms is sure to give you a more romantic experience. It also includes a full wall wardrobe, bedside tables and a flat tv.
THE twins
If you are a big company, or have children to accompany you in your holidays, the Twins room will be great to have! The beds are original handmade beds made out of olive trees wood and are amazingly comfortable. The bedroom consists of a full wall wardrobe, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a flat television.

Cancellations & Refunds
42 day 50% REFUND
For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made forty two full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund.
If the guest cancels less than 42 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
long term cancellations
If the guest books a long term reservation and decides to cancel the reservation before the start date, the first month of the reservation is paid to the host in full and not refunded to the guest.
If the guest books a reservation and decides to cancel the reservation during their stay, the guest must agree with the host for a new checkout date. Regardless of the checkout date chosen, the guest is required to pay the host for the 30 days following the cancellation date, or up to the end date of the guest’s original reservation if the remaining portion of the original reservation is less than 30 days.
